DINAH NOERDIN S.H, M.H.

Managing Partner

Dinah Noerdin began her professional career consistently in the legal side from various industries more than 25 years, starting in the Bank handled all legal matters related to the commercial loan and consumer banking, then another 6 years in a public listed IT company. She also worked amongst other in a hotelier property developer in Bali, software developer house, IT company of national flag carrier company, telecommunication industry. Prior joining the the Law Firm she served in a group of companies with various portfolio of investments.

Dinah studied Civil Law at the Christian University of Indonesia, and took her Master of Business Law at Pelita Harapan University. She is a registered as certified lawyer in Peradi.

ZULFIQRI L. KAMAL S.H., M.H.

Partner

Zulfiqri started his career in one of the big three law firm, where was heavily involved in numerous major initial public offering process and energy industry, and later joined multinational companies in various industries.

He has garnered extensive industry-specific knowledge and expertise as in-house counsel across wide range of industries, including independent power generation; retail business; international restaurants operator, telecommunication and health care industry. He was assigned as regional role as legal counsel & compliance officer at pharmacy/medical device industry sector in Asia, where he supported manufacturing site and commercial organization in several countries in Asia. He also took data privacy officer role in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Zulfiqri obtained his law degree and master degree from University of Indonesia. He is a registered as certified lawyer in Peradi and Capital Market.

She is a corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experiences in various industries. Major exposure namely in merger and acquisition, investment, restructuring, capital market, syndication loan transaction, hotel chain management and property. She is also interested to learn about sharia financial transaction by pursuing her master degree in the Faculty of Post Graduate of University of Indonesia majoring in sharia financial economic.

CHIN HOOI YEN

International Off Counsel

Hooi Yen is an Advocate and Solicitor with and Director of Polaris Law Corporation where her practice focuses on venture capital and investments, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and employee share incentive schemes. She was recently General Counsel (APAC exstriChina) of a fintech company with business interests in several Asian countries. She was also part of the executive management team of Zuji (which was acquired by Travelocity). At Zuji/Travelocity Asia Pacific, she headed the expansion of the group From Singapore, into Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Malaysia. She has been named as a leading lawyer in several publications including the AsiaPacific Legal 500. Her work was also cited in Asialaw Profiles in several categories.

JUNI SOEHARDJO

Legal off Counsel

She had working experience in several sectors, e.g. oil and gas, journalism, stock exchange, consumer products, ICT, commodity, and since 2018 creative economy through Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia (BEKRAF) now Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Starting 2019 up to date, she also serves as Expert in Law and Legislation Commission, Dewan Pers. She graduated from Law School of University of Indonesia, where she got her SH (Sarjana Hukum) degree in economic law. She graduated from Strategic and Global School Program, University of Indonesia majoring in International Affairs for European Studies a M. Si (Magister Sains or Master of Science) degree. She also is holder of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation and Press Expert for Dewan Pers certificates.

Tax Consulting

He is an accomplished senior in taxation with over 25 years of experiences as tax consultant, tax manager and tax general manager in wide ranging industries such as consulting, tobacco, telecommunication, automotive, financial services, property, agrobusiness, mining contractors, etc. His experiences accumulate his mastery on tax matters in various sectors be it in telecommunications, financial services, automotive sectors, as well as insurances. Harry obtained his MBA degree from University of Central Oklahoma, United States, majoring in General Business and Finance.

TUMPAL ALFRED NOBEL PANJAITAN

Tax Consulting

He has more than 30 years experience in tax services. He spent a number of years with Arthur Andersen and a further 8 years in the Mining (gold) industry, and other tax consulting firm. His experience includes representing both multinational and local companies in all level tax disputes from tax audit to Judicial Review Process in Supreme Court. He had performed extensive research of the various tax court decisions to assist clients in developing appropriate strategies to obtain the desired result of the tax disputes. Over a number of years, he has represented companies in the Mining, Consumer Product, and IT industries, obtaining specialized knowledge from those industries. He holds professional tax consultant and attorney licenses, and a member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Asscociation (IKPI). He Graduated of the Catholic University of Parahyangan
